I approach life simply

When not working and indoors, I’m in my kitchen discovering new flavors and trying new gastronomic delights.

When I’m outdoors, you will often find me cycling in the mountains and exploring the best wine and food locations on the Pacific coast.

The central California coast is renowned for several culinary delights including Santa Maria Tri-Tip BBQ, old school Mexican Taquerias, Santa Barbara spot prawns, Dungeness crab, Pismo clam chowder, raw Uni, Solvang fried aebleskiver, quintessential burgers and naturally, classic small batch homemade ice-cream.

My favorite is anything shared with friends!
